Hi friends...so obviously you are addicted to thrifting like me if you are thrifting and you have found yourself here...I have been playing around with an idea and wanted to see if it would even work or if anyone would be interested, so here is my first attempt for you courageous thrifters!
You will provide me with your Sizes, favorite clothing styles, colors etc after emailing me at colorblindblog@gmail.com I will then provide you with 5 pieces of clothing and or accessories. Similar to Stitchfix and all of those subscriptions, Minus the huge price tag....cuz let's face it we are thrifters... and I ain't paying $65 for a top! Let me be your stylist! You can tell me some of your favorite brands, and hey I might even be shopping for you on Periscope so you can check it out live and thrift with me for your box? I really started this to share my finds and open new space for new finds...and supporting my addiction of coarse...as I have been doing this I have found so many of you are in need of finds...maybe you don't have a thrift store near you or you just never find anything you love I got you!
So..I'm not advertising this to everyone since well It's just me and I want to be careful I don't overwhelm myself so let's keep it a secret for now...
The price of the Thrift Box will be $45 that will include shipping and well my time for shopping. I have thought about maybe making it cheaper and then you tell me if you want to buy any of the items but that is just too much work for me right now...heck maybe if this is something you guys like I can take it a step further but for now that will pay for all of the items, shipping, and my time... Right now I will not accept any returns or exchanges mainly because it is a surprise and I want to see how this goes...and it's not like I can get another size...haha Some boxes may include a vintage item and even a designer item..who knows...maybe even SEQUIN if you request it....

ReplyDeleteyes girl I was thinking maybe have a couple of options $15 a month and 3 items of my choice and or the FUll Box for the total that way it can be as heavy as I like it!! haha so glad you guys are liking the idea! xoxo any recommendations would be awesome!

ReplyDeleteHi love all of your antics you have me doubled over in laughter , especially when you talk about your thrifting addiction I also love searching out a bargain past up a pair of leather soled and uppers from upper London for £5 that fitted like a glove could kick myself for not getting them , hey maybe they be there next visit if there meant for me they will be . Any ways as you may of guessed am from the u.k so only small secondhand shops here most more expensive than the original shop they came from love so much of your stuff so if you are still doing these boxes would love one and if so what would the extra postage be . I have recently had weight loss surgery so just getting into all this clothes shopping as spent years hiding in doors in my pjs but now after 12 stone loss have confidence to go out am still way bigger than you and Edwina was in forever 21 store today am an 3x in there but uk size anywhere from 16 to a 22 depending on stretchyness. Keep up your hard work you inspire so many thank you xx
